Registration Form

Register for Vancouver Indoor Ultimate's 2010 Season by filling out the form below. We will be accepting a maximum of 72 players into the league. Anyone registering after all the spots have been filled will be placed on a waiting list and added to the rosters as positions open.
Registration costs $50 per player. This is your one-time cost for the season; if we ask for more, we're just trying to get more money out of you. Ignore us.
We give you the option of signing up as a pair, and you will play on the same team as that person. Costs will remain the same whether you sign up with a partner or as an individual.
NOTE: The Registration form needs to be completed by each player. Provide your partner's name in the form below, but both of you need to sign the waiver (individually) and provide us with your contact details (individually).

Payment...
You can either pay by: (1) Cash; or (2) Credit Card via PayPal. Cash is the preferred method of payment (if we can trust you that is!), but you may also pay with PayPal. Note that you don't need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card, just click "continue" rather than signing up for a new account. If you choose to pay with Cash, we'll be collecting payment on the first day of game play.
